Crepe:
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup water
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1 cup flour
- 2-3 tbsp melted butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Fresh fruit (peach, mango, strawberries, blueberries, etc)
- All purpose cream / Whipped cream
- Chocolate syrup
- Flavored gelatin (optional)
- Marshmallows, candy sprinkles, corn flakes etc.
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Make sure you mix the ingredients well (it has to be smooth, without bubbles).
- Heat your non-stick pan and add butter to coat.
- Pour your crepe batter into the center of the pan, spread it evenly (your crepe has to be thin). Cook for at least half a minute (low heat), flip and cook for another 10-20 seconds.
- Remove from heat and let cool for at least 30 minutes.
- Fill your crepe with your favorite fruit (peach, mango, strawberries, blueberries, etc).
- Add all purpose cream/whipped cream, chocolate syrup, gelatin.
- Top your crepe with whipped cream, fruit and chocolate syrup.
- ENJOY!
