Cookie Monster Mode: [Easy] Coffee Flavoured Cookies

It only takes around 20 minutes to bake- 10 minutes to prepare and mix the ingredients and another 10 to bake the cookies. So if you want a quick snack, here's an easy cookie recipe that can go with your afternoon tea or coffee. Shout out to coffee addicts!

Coffee Flavoured Cookies

Ingredients:

2 1/2 cup of cookie base (see recipe here)
1/2 cup canola oil (you can use whatever cooking oil you have)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 egg
2 packs of 3in1 instant coffee mix (I used Kopiko "Astig". You can use 2 teaspoons of any coffee)


Instructions:
1. Preheat oven, 350º
2. Using a hand mixer, mix the cookie base, coffee, egg, vanilla, and oil for 30 seconds to a minute, low speed until well combined.
3. Drop cookies onto a cookie sheet, at least 1 inch apart.
4. Bake for 10 minutes.
